Founded in 1963, C M Gabhawala & Co. has practised without interruption through nationalisation, liberalisation, the GST transition, and the ongoing digitisation of India's regulatory framework. Each era demanded adaptation. Each time, the firm adapted and strengthened.

The firm operates from Girgaum, South Mumbai, and covers every significant area of modern Indian professional practice — from MSME promoters raising their first bank loan to private limited companies managing multi-state GST compliance, from NRI families navigating FEMA to trusts requiring statutory audits.
